A Case Report of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease with Obesity and Dyslipidemia

Objectives: This study aims to report the clinical efficacy of Korean medical treatment a patient with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease accompanied by obesity and dyslipidemia.Methods: A 52-year-old man disease, obesity, dyslipidemia was treated <i>Saenggangunbi-tang</i> extract from November 3, 2021 January 8, 2022. During period, also undertook exercise maintained hypocaloric diet reduce body weight. Changes were observed in patient’s symptoms, laboratory findings, such as enzymes lipid profiles, bioelectrical impedance analyzer results.Results: After taking for approximately two months, concomitant adjustments diet, serum levels triglyceride decreased weight, mass index, hepatic steatosis visceral fat area reduced. In addition, symptoms including fatigue dyspepsia improved.Conclusion: suggests that regulated could be helpful strategy managing metabolic disorders.
